Shipping Policy
1. General
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed with Scentiva Wholesale , a trading name of OS International BV
(Chamber of Commerce: 78042127, VAT: NL861243213B01), located at Kalsdonksestraat 79, 4702 ZB Roosendaal, The Netherlands .
2. Terms of Delivery
2.1 Standard delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we deliver Ex Works (EXW) Roosendaal, Netherlands in accordance with Incoterms 2020 .
This means that the risk passes to the buyer as soon as the goods have been made available at our warehouse.
2.2 Other terms of delivery
Other delivery terms (FCA, DAP, DDP) can be agreed upon request and will then be specified separately in the order confirmation.
3. Processing time
3.1 Working days
Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays) between 09:00 - 17:00 .
3.2 Processing times

Orders placed before 12:00: processed on the same working day

Orders placed after 12:00: processed next business day

Products in stock: 1-2 business days processing time

Made to order products: 7-21 business days processing time
3.3 Note
Processing times do not include transportation time.
4. Delivery times per region

6. Shipping Methods

The choice of carrier is up to Scentiva Wholesale, unless the customer has indicated specific preferences and will bear the additional costs.

Tracking: For all shipments, tracking information will be provided via email once the shipment has been dispatched.
7. Packaging

All products are packed in professional wholesale packaging suitable for transport.

Fragile products (such as glass perfume bottles) are given extra protective material.

Pallets are stabilized with stretch film and provided with shipping labels.

Special packaging requests can be discussed and may incur additional charges.
8. Transport insurance

Risk: Transport is at the buyer's risk (EXW conditions), unless otherwise agreed.

Recommendation: We strongly advise you to take out transport insurance.

Optional: We can arrange transport insurance for a premium of 1.5% of the order value (minimum €25).

Without transport insurance, the buyer assumes all risks during transport.
9. Delivery and receipt
9.1 Responsibilities upon delivery
The customer or his authorized representative must:

To receive the shipment during regular office hours

The number of packages to be checked

Inspect the packaging for visible damage

To sign the bill of lading
9.2 Damage upon delivery

Visible damage MUST be noted on the bill of lading before signing

Take photos of the damage

Please report this within 24 hours to info@osinternational.net
9.3 Signature
Signature without reservation serves as proof of receipt in good order.
9.4 Refusal of delivery
If the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, all costs (return transport, storage) will be borne by the customer.
10. Undeliverable shipments
10.1 Reasons
A shipment cannot be delivered due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address information

Absence of recipient without alternative instructions

Rejection by recipient
10.2 Costs

Storage costs at carrier: for customer's account

Return costs to our warehouse: at customer's expense

Renewed shipping costs: at customer's expense

Administrative costs: €50 per incident
11. Customs and import duties (non-EU countries)

The customer is responsible for:

Customs formalities

Import duties and taxes

VAT in destination country

Import permits (if applicable)

We provide all necessary customs documents:

Commercial invoice

Packing list

Certificate of Origin (on request)

Safety data sheets

Customs delays are beyond our control and are not grounds for cancellation.
